Eligibility: Orlando Getaway Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited by law. Employees of The Parenting Group (the “Sponsors”), and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively the “Sweepstakes Parties”) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes governed by U.S. law. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
 
Ways to enter: Method #1 (online): Visit www.celebratemom.com and follow all online entry instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. All online entries must be received between 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on April 1, 2008 and 11:59 PM (ET) on June 15, 2008 . Online entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to privacy policy. Limit one online entry per person or email address per day. Method #2 (U.S. Mail): To enter by mail, mail a postcard with your name and address to: Say Yes to Mom Orlando Sweepstakes, c/o Gail Host, The Parenting Group, 2 Park Avenue, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10016. Each postcard must be mailed separately. Mail-in entries must be postmarked between April 1, 2008 and June 15, 2008 and received by June 20, 2008. Postmark date will act as day of entry. Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries and requests become Sponsors’ property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsors are not responsible for telephone, computer system, network, software, hardware or program malfunctions, unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or other errors or delays in electronic transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, or lost, late, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage due mail/entries.
 
Prize/Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): One grand prize trip will be awarded. Grand Prize includes: Round trip air transportation provided by AirTran Airways for four (4) passengers (grand prize winner and guest); three (3) nights hotel accommodations provided by the Orlando Convention and Visitors Bureau; Four (4) single day (single park, where applicable) admission tickets to winner’s choice of one of the following: Walt Disney World, SeaWorld Orlando, or Universal Orlando; Full size rental vehicle provided by Dollar Rent A Car for 4 days; driver must be 25 years of age or older, have a valid driver's license and credit card (subject to terms and conditions of rental car company) and will be responsible for any associated additional costs (including supplemental insurance, gas, taxes, etc). Prize is subject to availability and any applicable black out dates specified by travel providers. All reservations are based on availability and must be booked at least 30 days in advance of travel date. Approximate Retail Value of Prize: $2,470.00. Actual value may vary based on location and timing of departure. All other expenses are the winner's responsibility, including local and ground transportation, telephone, meals, room-service charges, and gratuities. Any penalties associated with changes made to itinerary following confirmation of booking will be the responsibility of winner. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Trip must be completed by May 15, 2009.
 
Winner’s Selection: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email and/or mail. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
 
General: Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and the Sponsors. Sponsors do not make any representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of prize awarded. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. Upon delivery of the prize to the winner, Sponsors will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with winner assuming full responsibility for the prize.

NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. Sponsors shall not be responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or postage due mail/entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or difficulties of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsors on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsors that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; or (v) any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsors and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes they sponsor any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; (ii) withdraw an online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted; or (iii) suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if the Sweepstakes is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated or suspended beyond the entry deadline, Sponsors reserve the right to select winner from among all eligible entries received prior to termination or suspension.
